Esther Yoo serves as the director of the reading program at Garden Learning Center. She received a Ph.D from the Department of Microbiology, Immunology and Molecular Genetics at UCLA and was a biological researcher for 20+ years. Esther has taught students from elementary to college in the Los Angeles area and in Osaka, Japan in the sciences, math, English and in learning support.

Fun Fact: Esther enjoys gardening and she is raising 11 chickens in her backyard.
